"As a
fashion and celebrity photographer, it is important to have people
around you that you can trust ... but also know your taste and
temperament …. Paul Fisher is like E.F. Hutton ... when he talks ..
i listen. i"ve know Paul almost 20 years now and i do know this ...
Paul has great taste in life and a great eye for beauty ... he is
part of the star system and his contributions can be seen
daily."

"Paul
is the best in the industry - training was tough, lots of hard work
and many crazy hours - but the knowledge I have gained was worth
everything. I would not be doing what I am doing today if it
weren't for Paul!" Annemarie
Scarpa, Photographer, Face Studios LA
“Working
with Paul Fisher at IT Models opened doors that I never thought
possible. Paul taught me everything about scouting, developing,
negotiating, booking and marketing. If a model was handled by Paul,
her career went farther, faster and longer than their peers. Thanks
to Paul, I went on to work for NY and LA agencies including Next
Model Management and LA Models. My career began 16 years ago with
Paul Fisher. What a lucky day for me and the many supermodels he
represented.” Stasia
Langford
"Paul Fisher, trained me as a booker in the print world
and was one of the most ingenious men in the biz... from the look
of the girl to getting them started in the industry. I still have
him as my mentor and anyone else who has trained under him think
highly of all the accomplishments he has done." Mary Joe Geddes, GO Models
& Talent
"I have
worked with many agents in my time, but no one compares to the
perfect skills of Paul Fisher. He is truly an icon in this
business, and no one knows the modeling business better than Paul.
I have seen him take a girl with 4 polaroids and turn her into a
star. I have seen him put a portfolio together like artwork. I
have seen him charm clients into booking whomever he tells them
too. I have been in the business over 15 years. I have been sought
out by all the top agencies in the business, why? Because I am
great agent...and because I was trained by Paul Fisher. When ever I
tell people that I was started by Paul, they understand that I came
from the best school of agents. To this day I remember everything
he has taught me. If everyone followed his rules there would be a
lot better agents out there. It's a fact...the best agents in the
business worked and were trained by Paul Fisher." Suzie Sugerman, Code
Management
"I've
known Paul Fisher for over a decade and he has a true gift for
spotting talent both in the modeling and in acting. He has
discovered, nurtured and represented some of the biggest names in
the modeling industry. I have represented talent for over 20 years
and Paul is someone with amazing taste and great integrity. He is a
true professional, and someone I am always happy to work with and
to call my friend." Neil Stearns, President
Venture IAB, A Talent & Marketing Agency
"Paul
Fisher is a truly amazing agent. Not only did he take my career to
the next level where I was able to do campaigns such as Vassarette,
editorial for American Cosmopolitan and working with a fantastic
team of people whom I am still friends with to this day. Paul
Fisher is an excellent negotiator. He gets the deals done and he is
tough when he needs to be and he is still very nice to you as a
model and this balance is a very difficult balance to maintain.
Paul Fisher maintains this balance with ease. There is no better
agent in the business to learn from than Paul Fisher. He is what
every model wishes an agent could be like." Virginia Graham
Paul
Fisher is a remarkable person and one of the most talented agents
in the business. His exceptional humor and strong negotiating
skills made working with him both fun and rewarding. Under his
agency and management, I modeled in many European editorials of top
tier publications such as Italian Vogue and French Elle. Paul is
well respected and connected in the industry and I can’t think of
anyone better to learn from than him. Pamela Cook

Working
with Paul Fisher at the Los Angeles office of It Models, was
probably one of the most exciting, and rewarding experiences I have
ever had. Paul's determination and eye for the spectacular was
incredibly inspiring. I have taken everything I have learned from
Paul and applied it not only in business, but personally as well.
Strength, nerve, negotiation, and a wicked sense of humor...
valuable tools you should never be without.

During my sixteen-year period representing models, talent, and
artists, I had worked with and alongside, many professionals within
the industry--specifically other agents. Shortly after my inception
into "the business" I was extremely fortunate in having the
opportunity to work for Paul Fisher. Truly, I learned more from
Paul than I did from all the other agents combined during my tenure
in the industry. About Paul Fisher...one of his own greatest
talents and skills as an agent, I believe, is not derivative of
only what he knows instinctively and by way of experience, but
largely due to his unstopping ability to get others interested.
Paul is dynamic and he has a "gift" in teaching and inspiring those
around him. Many owners of agencies sit behind a big desk behind a
closed door acting and falsely appearing important. Paul was
always, and I mean always, "hands-on", and "in the mix", of
everything...every client (ad agencies, photographers, editors,
designers, casting agents, directors, etc.) and every model and
talent (new and established, "stars" and potential "stars.")
Working for, and with, Paul Fisher was a great and memorable period
in my career and life. Following (and during) my years with Paul
Fisher, I was pursued countless times by competing agencies.
Eventually I went on to work at Wilhemina. I headed the women's
division and then served as the Agency Director of Wilhemina's west
coast office for nearly a decade. Miya Barrager.

I was fortunate to begin my career in the fashion industry
working for Paul Fisher. Paul taught me the ins & outs of
talent development, negotiation, branding & marketing. Paul
showed me how to think outside of the box, beyond the immediate and
how to successfully develop an artist career, not just make them
money but how to insure their earning power and position in the
industry for years to come. More importantly, Paul helped me to
realize my own personal skills and worth; all of which gave me the
solid foundation to open my own PR & Marketing Firm.
